Folio is an e-book reader by Nicholas Lie.
Folio does not collect, store on any server, share or sell any personal data.
- Folio has no internet permission; it cannot send anything off your device.
- It reads only the books folder you choose to show your books. With your confirmation it can delete a book file from that folder when you use Delete book.
- Your library, reading positions, bookmarks, highlights and settings are stored in the app's private storage on your device and are removed when you uninstall Folio. If you have turned on Android's device backup, Android may include this data (not your book files) in the backup it keeps in your own Google account, so it can be restored on a new phone; Folio itself never sends it anywhere and the developer cannot access it.
- Folio contains no ads, analytics, tracking or third-party SDKs that collect data.
- Define looks words up in a dictionary bundled with the app. More… passes the selected word to another app on your device that you choose; that app's own privacy policy applies.
